What’s Keeping You Stuck?
You are doing everything you can for your family and your work, and meanwhile your own health has taken the hit. The stress, the belly weight, the fatigue, the poor sleep, the health numbers that seem to climb a little each year, and the mental strain are wearing you down.
You can feel yourself slipping further away from the man you used to be.
Belly Fat and Weight Gain
The weight around your midsection keeps building year after year, and nothing you try seems to make a real difference.
Stress and Mental Fatigue
The pressure from work, family, and life has been piling up and the mental load is wearing you down.
High Blood Pressure
Your blood pressure continues to rise and you may be dealing with early signs of hypertension without even realizing it.
Low Energy and Daily Exhaustion
You feel drained long before the day is over and your stamina is not what it used to be.
High Blood Sugar
Your blood sugar levels are climbing and you may already be prediabetic or living with type 2 diabetes without a clear plan to manage it.
Poor Sleep and Recovery
You wake up tired more often than rested, and your body never seems to bounce back the way it should.
These are common struggles for dads over 40 and they are all changeable.
What You Really Want
You want to lose the extra weight, calm the stress, and see your numbers finally move in the right direction.
You want more energy to get through your day and enough strength to feel like yourself again.
Most of all, you want to feel in control of your health instead of watching things get worse year after year.
How I Can Help
I give you a simple and realistic plan built for the challenges dads face after 40.
You will get clear steps, weekly support, and a structure that actually fits your life instead of competing with it.
Together we will bring your weight down, improve your biomarkers, reduce your stress, and rebuild your energy so you can feel like yourself again.
Meet Paul Sahota
Certified Health Coach | Founder of ReHealth Dads
I started this journey to improve my own health and my family’s. My son has autism, and I saw firsthand how much nutrition and lifestyle shifts can support his development. That experience pushed me to take my own health seriously and become the father he deserves.

ReHealth Dads grew out of that process. Today I help fathers rebuild their energy, lower their stress, and take back control of their health so they can show up fully for the people who matter most.
