Meet Paul Sahota
(Manpal “Paul” Sahota, Certified Health Coach, Institute for Integrative Nutrition)
Who I am
My legal name is Manpal Sahota, though most people know me as Paul. It is the name I use in my coaching practice and one that has stayed with me since I was two years old, when my aunt first started calling me Paul.

I began this journey to improve not only my own health but also my family’s. My son has autism, and through his experience I’ve learned how much nutrition and lifestyle can influence growth, development, and overall well-being. Making those changes has strengthened my body, my mindset, and my patience as a parent.

That experience led me to create ReHealth Dads, a space where I can help other fathers rebuild their energy, find balance, and take back control of their health in ways that truly fit their lives.

What a Health Coach Does
A health coach helps you bridge the gap between what you know and what you actually do.

My work focuses on five key areas:
-
Behavior change – building habits and routines that last and fit your real life
-
Mindset work – replacing frustration with focus and confidence
-
Client empowerment – helping you make decisions that support your goals
-
Bio-individuality – recognizing that every body and every lifestyle is different
-
Multidimensional health – understanding how physical, mental, and emotional health all work together

Together, we create small, consistent changes that lead to lasting results, one step and one habit at a time.
My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching is simple, practical, and built for the real life of a father. Health is not about perfection. It is about consistency, awareness, and doing what actually works for your body.

I take a whole-life view of your health, where your physical, mental, and emotional well-being all influence each other. When one area is off, everything feels harder. Coaching brings these pieces back into balance so you feel more focused, more steady, and better equipped to handle your day.

I use a solution-focused approach that helps you move forward instead of staying stuck in the problem. We build on your strengths, your resources, and the future you want, not the frustration you are trying to escape.

My role is to listen fully, support you without judgment, and guide you toward clarity, action, and positive change. You leave each session knowing exactly where you are going and what matters most.

My Coaching Creditionals
I am professionally trained in two evidence-based coaching approaches that shape the way I help fathers create real, sustainable change.
-
Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)
I completed the Health Coach Training Program, which gave me a deep understanding of how nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits shape a father’s energy, weight, stress, and long-term health. This training taught me to look at health in a multidimensional way, considering sleep, stress, environment, relationships, and daily routines along with nutrition. This helps me create strategies that work with your real life and support the whole picture of your well-being.

University of Toronto
I completed the Brief Coaching Certification, which trained me in a solution-focused approach that helps fathers move forward instead of staying stuck in the problem. This method builds on your strengths, your resources, and the future you want, rather than replaying what is not working. It allows us to create clear, practical steps that support steady progress in your day-to-day life.
Together, these two approaches give you a coaching experience that is grounded, practical, and designed for real life as a father.
